SOULPRISON

Soulprison are a five-piece German band playing metallic hardcore with a strong crossover and thrash influence.

Their songs combine rough, forceful vocals and stomping breakdowns with old-school thrash riffs and occasional death-metal weight, giving the music more groove and variation than straight-ahead metallic hardcore. On Lucid Nightmare, the band pair that heavy sound with lyrics that move between personal struggles and social criticism; “Morbid Greed” also features Guilt Trip.

Soulprison bring a tough, no-frills take on crossover hardcore to Revolution Rising.
